Full-time, ten month position serving the school division as an Elementary Instructional Coach.  This position reports to the Director of Elementary Instruction, and specifically focuses on supporting teacher success in the Elementary Instructional process.  The position requires a thorough knowledge of Elementary instructional principles, practices and procedures; thorough knowledge of the principles and methodology of effective teaching; thorough knowledge of school division rules, regulations and procedures; ability to establish and maintain standards of behavior; ability to deliver articulate oral presentations and written reports; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students parents, and community members.

A Masters degree is preferred in an educational or administrative field.  A minimum of three years of Elementary teaching experience is required.  This position will support Elementary Administrators, teachers, and classrooms in the development and growth of the instructional program within the division.
